I slept like sh*t last night. Went to bed around 10:00 and woke up at 1:00. I never fell back to sleep till about 5:30. Then my alarm went off.

I'm tempted to take the day off but I'm out this Friday as well as next week and there's just too much to do. Oh well...life goes on.

Do you think they'll notice if I forget to take the curlers out?

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad night's sleep, Rick. I take ZMA before bed, and it helps me have some great sleep with vivid dreams.

As for how you'll look today at work, I bet you'll look none the worse for wear.

HaHa. There is a web page somewhere that I saw one day where a girl went out with some curlers in her hair...just to see if anyone would tell her that she had forgotten to take her curlers out. She walked all over the city and only a couple of people told her about the curlers. One person actually asked her if she 'meant' to leave the curlers in as a fashion statement!

Have a great day even if you are a little sleepy!

Seems like a lot of people I talk to are suffering from sleepless nights. I rarely get more than four hours of sleep. Somehow I get through the day.

Right with on the bad night! We have some "lovely" neighbours - potheads- that start at 10pm and go till 3 or 4am at least 3 nights a week. Last night I had had it and went next door and banger on their front door for 5 minutes before they even hear me! of course they turned the music down, but just the whole thing of having to get out of bed put on pants and shlep next door at midnight got the blood pumping so of course, no falling back to sleep until 3 am... soooo tired this evening.

Sorry you didn't sleep well. There's nothing worse than not being able to sleep and lying there waiting for the inevitable. However, I think you should try the curlers. It's my guess you'd look cute with or without them.

I've been up and down at night, but mine has to do with the excitement of moving. Hope you sleep better in the next few days.
