While walking Bandit the other day, I found a four leaf clover! What luck. And wouldn't you know, or is it a mere coincidence, the very next day I got a windfall of $400 for overpayment of insurance. Apparently during the re-fi, the outgoing mortgage company paid my policy as did the incoming one. Cha-ching!
